Frequently Asked Questions
Are lessons refundable?
Lessons are refundable if canceled by 5:00 PM on the day before the lesson. During high season, we cannot make exceptions to this policy.
What clothing should I wear?
To best enjoy the skiing experience, we recommend thermal and breathable clothing suitable for winter conditions. It's essential to wear layers that can be removed or added based on the weather, including a waterproof jacket and pants, gloves, a scarf, a hat, and sunglasses or ski goggles.
Is a Skipass required?
A skipass is necessary to access any lift. For beginner children, we usually recommend a 10-point card. For all other skiers, we suggest at least a 4-hour or a daily skipass to ensure flexibility and value.
Are rental and skipass included in the lesson price?
No, lessons do not include equipment rental or the skipass. However, we have agreements with several nearby rental shops to offer advantageous prices to our clients.
Where do the lessons start?
All lessons start at Bormio 2000. Please be at the specified meeting point at the school's Bormio 2000 location at least 5 minutes before the lesson begins.
